1. SHIPPING SERVICE

The shipping cost will be dependent on the destination. For ease, your shipping rate will automatically be calculated at checkout prior to purchase. Our tables below explain the "Standard shipping" and "Standard tracked shipping" options offered in the countries above.

For "Standard tracked shipping":

All orders with this shipping method have end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.
We use either DPD or PostML mail services depending on the destination.
This shipping cost is free for all orders above €50 and €75 for United State.

For "Standard shipping":

This service is free for any listed countries above.
Order shipped with this shipping method is untracked. Therefore, it subjects to risk of lost in transition. MC Atelier cannot be responsible for any lost shipment in this case.

2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Once accepted, we aim to dispatch all orders within1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgium holidays). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

3. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mcatelier.be. If the package has been shipped with a tracking number issued, a €10 ‘return to sender’ fee and further €15 postage fee will be charged for international orders, a €7 ‘return to sender’ fee and further €7 postage fee will be charged for Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg orders.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info of the shipment. If you have any problems with order tracking, please contact us at info@mcatelier.be.
